Butterfly Valances

The Butterfly Valance features two inverted pleats and a soft, swagged bottom that breaks to form tails on each end. Used alone, it will add grace and charm to any window in either a traditional or informal setting. It’s especially delightful for kitchens and children’s rooms! It can also be layered with a blind, or used as a top treatment over draperies. Our Butterfly Valance is 18” finished length, has four permanently-tied folds at the bottom, and is attached to a mounting board. On “Outside Mount” valances, the fabric extends around the ends of the board to form returns.

Hobble Valance

Hobbled Valances feature soft stationary horizontal folds. This style of valance works well with both traditional and contemporary rooms. It can be used alone, layered with blinds or a roller shade, or used as a top treatment over drapery panels. Our Hobble Valance is 16” finished length, has four folds, and is attached to a mounting board. On “Outside Mount” valances, the folds extend around the ends of the board to form returns.

• Valances over 52” wide will have seams.

• Pattern fabrics are matched at the seams.

• A weight bar is inserted into the bottom hem to add stability.

• Prices include ivory lining.

• 3” board is standard. 6” board available.
