Terms and Conditions of Sale

Sales Tax:

We collect 7.00% sales tax on all orders shipped inside Ohio. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside Ohio.

 

Payment at Time of Order:

All WindowSimplicity.com custom products are made to your specifications; all orders are paid in full when the order is placed.

 

Forms of Payment:

We accept payments made by MasterCard and Visa.

 

Exceptions:

Please note: on rare occasions there may be delays due to out-of-stock materials, inventory taking, shipping delays, and temporary factory overload or factory closures.

 

Delivery Times:

We will begin manufacturing products on all orders once the order has been placed. Production time is 10 to 20 business days. Once your order is complete and paid in full, shipping is approximately 3-6 additional business days. We ship each item as soon as it is made, so multiple item orders may arrive separately. Most products are shipped via UPS. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carrier.

 

Alaska and Hawaii

For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, please add 20% of your product cost to cover shipping costs. We do not offer shipping outside the United States, or to APO/FPO addresses, Guam or Puerto Rico.

 

Color and Material Representation:

Colors and textures on your computer monitor may vary slightly from the actual materials. Please note that fabric swatches are not backlit when photographed and may appear different in your treatments. Further we are not responsible for variations in fabric which occur in the factory. If an exact color match, privacy level or texture is needed, please order cuttings of the material before placing your order.

 

Cut Yardage

No returns will be accepted for cut yardage. We inspect all fabric before it leaves our facility.
